Even medicine university enrollment takes a long way, in which you must go through several stages before even entering the school to become a full-time med student. The Journey to apply for medicine course

step 1.

Application with complete documents

SPM/IGCSE results, Pre-U forecast / final results, IELTS (if any), Passport Copy.

step 2.

ISAT or PQA

Register and sit for either 1 of the exam. The results of both exams are based on cohort ranking, it will be assessed for the next step
step 3.

The Interview

If you're shortlisted. Good luck!
step 4.

Submission of final results

Applicable for Pre-U forecast results only. Submit final results once available.
step 5.

Receive an offer or see you next year!

Successful applicants will receive full offer. However, all medicine courses has limited quota for international students.

Note: This is the general medicine admission process. It could vary between different Universities .
If you’re wondering about the annual tuition fees, it ranges from AUD 56,000 ~ AUD 80,000 per year depending on the university you are going to attend.

For those that already obtained your first degree, there is also another option for the enrolment into medicine school, which is the Graduate Entry.

  • The Australian National University
  • The University of Sydney
  • University of Melbourne
  • The University of Western Australia
  • The University of Queensland
  • Flinders University

Duration Of Study:- 4 years
Similarly, you will have to sit for an evaluation test and this time, it is called GAMSAT.
